Place an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Delivery time
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If you need the order quicker than 2-4 weeks, please contact us to arrange a different method. Sometimes the trucking companies take a while to consolidate shipments to certain parts of the country. Sometimes we are able to make arrangements to shorten the delivery time if necessary.
In-Home Furniture Delivery
We pride ourselves on providing White Glove, In-Home delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, set up and removal of packaging debris.
Some items may be shipped by UPS and do not require in home delivery.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
My Room by My Gym is dedicated to customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a 100% Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will then make arrangements for return pickup at no cost to you, and you will be refunded in full for your purchase.
Cancellations
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, if you find the need to cancel your order, please do so within 3 business days of placing your order at 1-877- 5MYROOM and we will do our best to cancel your order. If you order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
Color/Finish Samples
If you wish to look at color/finish samples in order to assist you in making your product choices, we will gladly supply them. Please note that all finishes may vary slightly as real wood is used in our products and all wood grains are unique and take stains and lacquers in their own unique ways.
International Orders
At this time, International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada are not available through the web site. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Orders placed on my-gym.com and on vastarea.com are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) encryption.
Payment and Sales Tax
My Room by My Gym accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Personal and cashier's checks are also accepted.
Because My Room by My Gym operates in California, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
